It was worth its 5 stars. Satisfied with the hotel, it's a good choice for staying in Montreal. Truly enjoyed that a private safe, an iron and a sitting area were included. Plus, additional fee for internet equals 20 CAD per 24 hours. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
I thought everything was fabulous! The rooms, amenities, food, staff and service. Total Excellence
The bed, they offer King Size and give you Queen Size which is not correct, they charge you for something and do not comply, they claim that their King are smaller which is not true.
The proximity to the train station.. The hotel market (very good for buying delicatessen food or eating something there). The swimming pool and spa area
A lot of people making comas to take the elevator.. The room is a little small for 4 people.
Although I requested when I booked 2 nearby rooms, I was given each one at one end of the floor and was traveling with children. They also had the rooms ready for check in from 16:00h.
Location, this remodeled, the mattress, the views, coffee in the lobby, in the fourth quality of the tv
Very small rooms and too small bathroom very expensive,
Very clean, super bed, quiet, room with a view is worth the surcharge. Super: directly at Central Station. Restaurant is very expensive, but with super friendly staff.
Rooms are too small for such a high price.
The valet parking was very convenient and the valets were very helpful, but it would have been nice if I had been informed beforehand that this could be done from the main entrance to the hotel.
My web site booking was not found to have been effected when I arrived at the hotel. The desk clerk said not to worry because this often happened. I asked why the hotel did nothing about this if it happened often and she said it was not her job. Booking on line should be updated and corrected.
Coinvenient, close to my appointments, restaurant in Lobby was good.
Rooms are a little dated...carpet wore - old TV's etc...
hotel staff, cleanliness of the room, comfort were excellent
The really nice and smiley staff who are very helpful. It always helps the foreigners if the hotel staff are gracious and smiley--not stiff. Complimentary coffee and tea is a very big plus point.
I would change the TV cbinet with sliding doors--the doors open out and obstruct the passage and are very unconfortable when open--even to look at them while open is not nice at all given the space.
Excellent location, alomost everything about Montreal is within walking distance. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpfull.
i love the ambience the privacy and the service. It is located close to everything and in walking distance, so location, location, location.
Good location with easy access.
Worn out rooms, overpriced.
Loved the location, staff was great. Hotel has spacious feel, although rooms are not huge.
